Crystal Care
Most crystals can be cleansed with sunlight, moonlight, sound (a singing bowl or bells), or smudging with sage. Some crystals are sensitive to water or prolonged sunlight — care notes are included on each product listing. When in doubt, moonlight is safe for all stones.
Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at support@ritualcrystals.com.au with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage.
