Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the crystal is in its original undamaged condition. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Natural variations in colour, shape, or markings are not considered damage — they're what makes each crystal unique.

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; express takes 1–3 business days.

All Australian orders are sent with Sendle, a carbon-neutral parcel delivery service. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a Sendle tracking link by email. Many crystals respond well to moonlight, sound, or being placed in calm, clean spaces. Some stones can fade in direct sunlight or are sensitive to water — we recommend checking the product information for each piece. When in doubt, moonlight is gentle and safe for all stones.

The most universally safe method is moonlight — leave your crystals outside or on a windowsill on the night of a full moon. Sound cleansing (singing bowls, bells) and smoke cleansing (sage, palo santo) also work beautifully. Avoid water with softer or layered stones like selenite, malachite, or fluorite.

Many of our pieces — particularly specimens, clusters, and statement pieces — are truly one of a kind. Each crystal is a natural object, so even within the same variety, no two are identical. Product photos show the actual item you'll receive wherever possible.

We source from a range of countries — Brazil, Madagascar, Morocco, the US, and others — depending on the crystal. Tracing the full journey of every piece is something we're actively working toward and deeply committed to as we grow. We'd rather be honest about that process than make claims we can't fully stand behind today.
