Shipping
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Australian Shipping
We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days, calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days, calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $150 AUD
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed. Remote and rural areas may take slightly longer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. Ritual Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Packaging
Every order is packed with care using protective, eco-conscious materials. We want your crystals to arrive exactly as they left us. We do not include printed invoices inside parcels, so orders are always gift-ready.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Approved change-of-mind returns are eligible for a store credit or exchange — not a refund to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@ritualcrystals.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will organise a replacement, refund, or store credit — and we'll cover the return postage.
Natural Variations
All crystals are natural and one-of-a-kind. Variations in colour, size, surface markings, and texture are inherent to natural stone and are not considered faults. Product images are representative — your piece will be unique, and that's the point.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@ritualcrystals.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from us.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
